Curious about the functioning of ecosystems and their socio-ecological relations, Natalia graduated in Biological Sciences and Environmental Management. In the last few years, Natalia has been working with the development of public policies in Brazil to deal with marine litter in the country. In her PhD, Natalia aims to explore policy challenges and opportunities regarding transitioning to a plastics’ circular economy through a network governance approach, from a global to local perspective.
