How do we live our best life, knowing what we know?
Karen has developed a one-day workshop “How do we live our best life, knowing what we know?” that is specifically targeted at researchers working on challenging issues like climate change and biodiversity loss. It is about unpacking and understanding feelings of eco/climate distress and finding ways to live our best life even though we sometimes work on stressful and potentially overwhelming issues.
