Finding your Ecopoetic Voice

Science writing used to be wildly creative, filled with italicised enthusiasm and exclamation marks! When did science get so serious

Join award-winning educator and poet, Daniel J Townsend, for two creative writing workshops designed to help you give poetic voice to the wonder in your work. Daniel will guide you as you seek out your scientific spark, reconsider your research as a story, and turn it all into your very own kind of poetry.

Our wildly creative journey will conclude at Hobart's premier spoken word event, Silver Words, where we will share our science poems for an inclusive and supportive audience.

Bring on the exclamation marks
