Bio

Dr. Beth Strain is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Science, with a broad background in quantitative marine ecology and social science. Her research focuses on understanding and managing the effects of anthropogenic impacts in coastal and estuarine ecosystems. In particular, she is interested in addressing the interactions between aquaculture and the environment and protecting and restoring endangered ecological communities.
