Becca is a Marine Social Scientist and her research focuses on gender and social inclusivity in science, Ocean Literacy, knowledge exchange, the value of the marine environment, oceans and human health, marine governance and Marine Protected Areas. Rebecca works across multiple disciplines (e.g., marine science, sociology, geography, medical studies, economics and psychology) and has collaborated with and undertaken research for various stakeholders in Australia and the UK to deliver marine social science research which can transform society and influence decision-making processes.
