Marine plant and seaweed talk with Rees Campbell, author of “Eat MORE Wild Tasmanian” and “The Seaweed Supplement”

Identify and recognise the edible land and sea plants in this area, and learn how to collect and prepare our beach washed seaweeds.

Where: The Red Shed, 41 Evans St, Hobart

When: Sunday 11th of May 3:00 - 5:00pm

Cost: $10 AMSA/CMS members and $15 non members

There will be plant samples and some tasty edible native plant treats to enjoy.

Rees’s books, and her Feisty Tasmanian products will be available for sale.
